However, typically we start our relationship by conducting an assessment of your entire operation all while maintaining strict confidence. GreenGrow conducts EHSS&E assessments of your cannabis operation in order to identify and mitigate any risks that could lead to violations, fines and loss of license as a first order of business.

Likewise, the assessment will be geared to an operational analysis in order to identify areas of potential cost-savings through waste reduction, recycling, operational inefficiencies, and water and energy use alternatives. GreenGrow will issue a confidential report that details all areas of potential improvement and provide recommendations of solutions.

Additionally, GreenGrow can perform regular audits of your operations and determine the need to implement corrective action measures. Lastly, GreenGrow can develop and implement an annual employee training program for new and current employees.
